how can I convince my mom not to transfer to a new school that certainly I dont like...

You will have to talk to her and give her the reasons for why you don't want to move to this school. Do it in a civilised manner (ie dont start screaming etc).
If you show her maturity then she will understand you more and it will be more likely that she won't make you go to this school.

stella is right, you really need to sit down with her and explain how and why you don't want to change schools. If you are an adult about it, she may understand and do as you desire. God bless!
