Hey man, so many people just want the easy way, frankly there is NO easy way to gain weight. all You need is a routine, seriously a routine will solve all your problems.
I am a boxer and I had to work on weights a lot before I did boxing, but seriously.
you need to eat lots! eat heaps, hit the gym or do core strength excercises (if you cant afford gym) Do Push ups, sit ups, pull ups, and run, All this helps !
Do - Drinks lots of milk, and I mean lots, eat red meat, cottage cheese, nuts, almonds etc chicken tuna, they are all awesome sources of protein.
DONT - skip meals.
If you really want to gain man do all that, dont listent to gimmicks on the net about weight gain ok!
You can do it! dedicate yourself to eating almost all the time! and a snack before bed adds up!
