My husband started one year and he lost 90 lbs by the time he met me. 2lbs of weight loss per week is good. Make sure you keep your diet to the specific palm sizes. Drink lots of water. Alternate your cardio days from weight lifting if you weight lift. I didn't weight lift but I did ride my stationary bike with the uphill training and 20 minutes of sweat every other day.
