Hi,
I know how to port forward, but not sure about the proxy...
To port forward, first set a static IP address to your computer. You should be able to find a guide to do it online somewhere.
Then, login to your router settings. There will be a place somewhere for forwarding. Click on that section, and put in the port you've set your bittorrent client to use. And set it to your static IP.
That's it.

I have an Html proxy network in my hostel..all other ports are blocked...anyone know how to use bit torrent in these situations?
or is there any alternative?
