How do you tone your back?

I need simple exercises to help tone my back. Like around my bra strap and my hips? How do I get rid of that? Its not bad but im just so self concious about it. Also how do you tone your lower abs? And at the very base of your legs where your thighs meet your butt and female region? And whats the best way to slim arms!?! I hate my arms so much I cant wear t-shirts! The backs of my arm and near my arm pit is so embarassing. Theres even some strechmarks =[ I need some answers.

And whats the best way to possibly slim your face and chin? I feel I almost have a double chin at times and I want to do something to prevent that!!! Lol

squash is absolutely excellent for your back. it will also strengthen your back muscles.

I have always laid on the floor face down, arms at your side and lift your upperbody off the floor as far as you can and hold 10 seconds and do it again. This gives great defination in the middle of the back. Try wearing the next bra size up. Sounds like you want a all around Cardio work out.

actually im not even that fat. im a medium top at AE and an average size 9 pants. I even have some 5’s and a 3. I don’t know how lol im big but im considered pretty hott. I just get self concious sometimes and always in a bathing suit and want to start now on some new work outs so im good for the summer. y0r body gets used to workouts that you do so you needd to change it up or your body gets used to it. anorexia and belimia are serious cases. I dont recomend it to anyone. when I over eat sometimes I feel guilty so ill purge, and then ill work out and drink a lot of water. thank god im not addicted to making myself throw up tho.

I heard this works: lie on your front with your arms by your sides and lift you legs in a flutter motion. repeat 20 times. as for lower abs, thighs meeting etc, : lie on your side and prop yourself up with you arm. lift your leg of the other and bring it back again. repeat 20 times, then turn over and do the other leg. works for me. :D

go running, you don’t lose fat in specific areas by working out that region. You’ll only see noticeable fat loss doing good fat burning exercises for extended periods of times. Running biking swimming.stuff like that
