okii the cheapest way is using baking soda before or after using tooth paste

Simple home ingredients.. equal measures of salt and bicarbonate of soda. The salt deep cleans/scrubs and the bicarb whitens... use electric toothbrush

um...I'm pretty sure if you smach up strawberries and put them on it it will help. not as much as the white strips and stuff...but.
