baking powder with warm water make it like a paste dab it on with cotton bud on your teeth leave in for 15 minutes a day, try not to swallow the baking powder please,
then rinse out,

dont drink coke or coffee, these drinks stain discolour your teeth!

I'll  get a very good teeth whitening tooth paste and apply baking soda just brush tha teeth 3 times but be gentle try to brush at every meal if you get a chance to also try not to drink stainy liquid that can stain tha teeth[do this and you will have a killa smile] :  }
