Baking soda and peroxide mix them to make a paste and brush your teeth with it. Just don't swallow it. happy

I was an RDA for a few years and you can always rinse your mouth with peroxide every day, and sooner or later you will see a change. You can't leave it in your mouth for too long and remember to brush your teeth after spitting the peroxide out. Good luck.
