I am fit, exercise daily- do about 1 and 1/2 hrs of it, im not gaining muscle or losing anything. Y.
I don't eat a lot either but I seem 2 be a little bit ova weight but mi bmi says im ideal. And when I do eat junky kinda food I burn it off....
Why am I not gaining muscle or losing weight???
