How can I get blue semi-permanant dye out of my hair?

My friend and I dyed our hair blue for her sister's wedding. We used bleach to strip away any other color that would prevent the blue from sticking, we are both naturally blonde so the result was platnium blonde hair underneath. My friend foiled the blue semi-permanant hair dye into my hair like you would do with thick highlights and I put the blue on her tips. We did this around the beginning of March and it is now August, her blue faded and disapeared within the second month leaving her with blonde tips and mine has yet to be gone. It has significantly faded to a light blue-greenish, but should be gone because I have dyed my hair twice within the last 4 months; dyeing it blonde last night with a dye that does contain ammonia. How do I get these blue streaks out of my hair so that I can have a solid natural color?

you'll probably have to bleach the color out of your hair again, but its best to consult a professional colorist at a salon.

I think you can ... youll have to strip the color out and re-dye the hair.
