come downs suck...unless you get clean pills ..I just drink a monster the next day after I roll then I feel normal

it is hard to sober up from ecstacy. Sleep is probably the best remedy, even though it can be hard to fall asleep when you are on a high. It's the same as sobering from alcohol, it just takes time and it is different for everyone.
