have been drinking lots of water and have urinated quite frequently. Please help and give any info I need to know. And if it matters, I am 5'9'' and weigh about 148lbs. Thanks

I've never heard of a way to get those particular items out of your system. No matter how much you urinate it stays in the blood stream.

you wouldn't have to worry about that kind of thing if you weren't doing drugs. I know that didn't answer your question, but so many people post questions about getting drugs out of their system and it's kinda ridiculous. if you keep taking ecstacy and valium you won't have to worry about any drug tests because you will be dead

I just read that if you drink about a gallon of water a day for about a week than you should definitely be good. but thats shitty, because im wondering the same damn thing.. and I have less than a week and I want one more FUN TIME before I leave for boot camp.
