How do i put my life back together?

Im 19 and I just got kicked out of the DEP of the United States Air Force. That was my future. Now im on probation for a year with no clue how to get back on my feet. Please help me?

I don't know anything about DEP, or the Reserves, or what it takes to be kicked out...but I've had nearly 60 years of learning how to get through mistakes...

First...accept and acknowldge YOUR part in bringing about what happened (no pointing fingers, just keep it to your own part)...

Second...Learn from it...if you don't, life seems to have a harder thump in store for you down the road on repeated errors...We all know people who just don't seem to get it

Third...and probably the hardest part...forgive yourself, in the same way as you would forgive a friend...I'm sure you're pissed at yourself, and being pissed at self is damned painful.

We all make mistakes, we all f**k up...there's not a single human immune from it...I understand that this was your dream...in essence, tho...it was but one path...there are millions of other paths out there waiting for you to give them a try. You will get passed this...I promise.

I don't know if I would have believed what I just told you when I was 19, but it is true...
