Do you pay back unemployment on taxes?

if You claim unemployment for a week or any amount of time, when you file your taxes do you have to pay it back?

state laws may differ, but in my state- no you don't pay it back.
if you do not have taxes taken out of your weekly check, you will have to pay taxes on what you have received, at the end of the year.
