Well you should just be yourself. Dont be something your not. Dont go around telling people your emo. If your a real emo you'd just avoid saying your emo. You dont just ask random people how to be emo, like you did now. You TURN emo. You cant make yourself emo. its something that just happens because you feel different. And dont cut yourself!!! Emo doesnt meen to cut yourself! It pisses me off when people think thats what emo meens. It meens your emotional. You dont care what the world thinks about you. You be yourself and dress the way you like. Theres not a certain way to be emo. be yourself.
First off, get a new best friend. Second off, be who you are. You hear this all the time I'm sure. I'm 23 and it took me a long time to figure out who I truly am. I listened to crazy music in high school, but wore jeans and old navy sweatshirts. Emo was not 'cool' just yet when I was in my senior year, and you know what? Cool is whatever you think it is, an you obviously think it's to be 'emo'. You like Nirvana right? Kurt Cobain never cared what people thought of him. And that's what made him, him. So make yourself.

ok. im sick and tired of people calling me a Wannabe and a Poser. (im srry I just have 2 this quote just popped in2 my head when I sed that: id rather be hated 4 who I am than loved 4 who I am not -kurt cobain. I don't know it just seemed 2 go along...
