I have a flat tummy :-P but basically all you have to do is stay off the snacks and eat healthily... Do sit ups/press ups, I got a miniture six pack when I was doing martial arts... just exercise your tummy muscles!!!
If you have comcast digital cable there are some programs there that you can do ab work to. Also, if you need it quick, I would suggest going on a low carb diet, because thats where your carbs go to. Make sure that you alternate days from cardio to abs (It takes a day for your abs to heal after a good work out).
Lots of jumping, bringing your knees to your stomach, crouching (Which also gives cut to your legs as a plus for the ladies)and as said before lay off snacks and unhealthy foods (I should work on the same) and do lots of sit-ups. REMEMBER: The human-body is a very VERY adaptive machine.
