How do i get a flat tummy?

I want to know how to get a flat tummy. I mean one to where you sit down and its flat.

Okay well, one time I had a little pudge, and I drank a shake of protein and some stuff called, Weigh Protein and did 100 sit ups/crunches and got abbs. Sound unbelieveable? Nope, it works.

Just gotta by the stuff. It tastes like cake mix :]
