it depends on exactly what you eat and your consistent exercise. it depends on how hard you put into your work outs too. When you do your crunches, do them slower and flex your abs. it hurts more and you could do less but its better than doing 2x fast ones.
CARDIO will give you a flatter stomach because the lower abdominals is hard to reach.
