How can I move on from past issues with my dad?

how can I move on? my dad used me against my mum and now he is dead and I want to know why he did it and feel like I cant move on til I know what can I do?

You can never know now since he is gone. We go along with our parents because we think they do things in our best interest. Sometime they don't. So in no way was any of this your fault but you now you must take responsibility to mend things with your mother if that's what you desire. Time to let go of the past on to do what is best for the future. Seek out counselling...there they can give you some very good exercises to get over your grief and ways to satisfy your mind.

I just want to say I agree with her ^^^ and if you need to talk I lost my dad and it wasnt easy ecspecailly seeing it.
