Can my mom stop me from moving to my dad's house?

if im 16 and want to move out of my moms house and into my dads house, is there anything my mom can do to stop me?

If she has legal custody and you are a minor (haven't reached the 'age of majority' in your state), yes..maybe you could meet with them and come to some compromise..I wish you the very best !!

It really depends on state laws..in Kentucky, once you are 14 you have the choice, but it is different in different states, unless otherwise decided during the divorce..just do some research and see what you find out..and good luck.
