I have the female and male blue prince holly and they are dying. They have brown leathery leaves with black spots. They are in full sun in the afternoon and they replaced pine trees that we knocked down. Any help would be appreciated

Thanks

Here's some info that might help: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Holly

You might also want to contact your local gardening or landscape pros. and explain the problem.

Good luck !!

Ooohh.... well it sounds like a fungus. The black spots... take a look under the leave to see if there are any nodules forming on the leaf surface. If it does turn out to be a fungus then you need to need to do fungicide treatments to the soil and the surface of the bush.
