Bamboo dust -- health hazard?

I was helping a mate cut Bamboo the other day and all this black dust from the dried Bamboo gets all over you, Up your nose and everything.
Im wandering whether it could pose a health problem? If I got it in mouth, on my penis while going to the toilet...

or masturbating, you know, if it was on my fingures, from my nose or something
