Hamster cages

Im thinking of getting a female syrian hamster and I want to know whats the best cage I can get her.

ill take any kind of cage but please dont tell me to get an aquarium because I have heard that its bad for your hamsters.

I would get a normal wire cage big enough for a little running room but small enough to feel cozy and secure. Many of the colorful plastic cages can get very stuffy and hot...they're also a pain in the neck to clean :p As long as you don't put the wire cages in front of any windows and in a comfortable normal temperature, they should be a good choice.
