Hair falling

I keep losing hair and I don't know why I thought it was just a normal thing but it happens everyday how could I get it to stop ?

Stress causes hair to fall out.
or hair bleach.

talk a calming walk, listen to some calming music or stop bleaching your hair as much.

or maybe its falling out with old age (sorry, dont know what age you are)

people lose hair everyday. Its called dead hair and it will fall out everyday. Dont worry you wont go bald. you just grow in new hair

I'm a teenager so I dont think its old age lol I suppose its either dead hair or stress.

I think you should go to a doctor and see whats going on with that? if you are dyeing your hair too much. or even dying it at all. you should stop and see if it stops falling out. but you should go to your doctor to see whats wrong.

this happened to me last year, suck lol happy

straightening, dying, bleaching, curling, blow drying can damage your hair if you do not wear hair protection. Stress can be a cause, and lack of certain vitamins can also be the reason why. But yea, doctors could tell you happy x x

Really it depends on the amount of hair lost. Humans loose on average 100 strands of hair a day, it's part of the human process- the body revitalising and renewing. Although if you feel it is a considerable amount it could be a medical condition. One condition that is quite popular is alapecia. It effects people who have high stress levels and can even be hereditary. I suggest you seek medical attention if you feel the amount you are loosing is NOT normal.
