How to prevent my hair from falling out?

ok so my hair is falling of! what do I do to make it stop falling!!!

Is this worse than it used to be? Some hair falls out every day - it gets into your hairbrush or comb. Do you reckon that more is falling out than before?

And if it is getting worse, do you have a guess as to why?
