For me, it' celebrating the birth of Jesus...and then the family and friends, and then the food!!! and you can't froget the presents

I know I'm not christian but my belief system there is a holiday around the same time called Yule. Its a pagan holiday on or around the 21st of Dec that celebrates the winter solstice the shortest day of the year. The return of the sun. We burn a yule log before sunrise to welcome the Sun. We also celebrate the Goddess giving birth to the young God. As well as the Oak King (new year) defeats the Holly King (old year). Though I would share.
