No responses yet, huh? OK, well my favorite book would have to be The 1980's: Countdown to Armageddon by Hal Lindsey. It may be 178 pages of misinformation, false prophecy, and outright fantasy portrayed as Bible-based world events, but the anti-Christ is a darn good antagonist and it is an exciting read.
I have to hand it to the guy, though. After almost a half a century of constantly being wrong, he still has a lot of devout followers. Now THAT is a businessman!
I have so many diferent books, and usually have about 4 going at the same time...
It would be hard for me to pick out one from all of them.
I love to read, esp. if the book is very interesting.
I have tried to read Pilgrams Progress, but, somehow, I can never get into that one.
Love Catherine Marshalls books, on the Holy spirit.
And it seems that the Spirit will bring me into contact with the books he wants me to read. Never ceases to amaze me.
Loved the Light and the Glory... and sooo many more...
I am very glad I love to read. and glad you do too, so many do not.
blessings...

THE WAY OF A PILGRIM and THE PILGRIM CONTINUES HIS WAY translated from russian by Olga Savin. That book is from the Orthodox Christian faith but helped me a LOT...
thanks to the narrative about a Pilgrim walks across 19 century Russia only with His Bible in hand to understand the meaning of ceaseless praying that He listened on a mass at Church one day. The narration is Anonymous but it helped me so much for understanding what is or the meaning or Prayer.
