I would say yoga, but if you go to push yourself to the limits to do a split then you might want to sit facing the wall, and open your legs and slowly push yourself closer. Over time this will work and remember breathe IN your noe and OUT your mouth. I am a Ballet teacher so I know...

I do yoga I know me doin yoga but it really helps your leg muscles. I also have been in gymnastics for 5 years. so that helps to. before I started yoga my flexibility was left leg 5 right leg 5. now after yoga and gymnastics my flexibility is over average. try yoga but if you want to stay flexible join a gymnastics or gym team.
