I'm 14 and I figure skate. but then I had some problems with my feet and I stopped for about a year. I use to be really flexible [before the problem with my feet], and now I have started to skate again and noticed that im WAY not flexible anymore. is there any way I can make myself flexible?? and how? what exercises can I do at home?

Having an injury takes an extremely long time to get that muscle or bone back to it's original functionality. Some times you won't be able to restore it at all. Patience and time will tell whether you will get a full recovery. Start off exercising the problem in your feet whether it's ankles, toes, etc. Ask your doctor or specialist various therapeutic exercises that will help in restoring it's health. The main thing to remember is to start off slow and easy. Allow your feet to heel properly and get used to the high activity is was used to. Be careful so that you won't get the same injury or worsen the condition than before.

Try Luigi class. Luigi was a man who was a dancer who was in an accident. To regain his flexibility and movement he develped his own exercises. My college offered Luigi classes as a beginner dance class. It really helped me become more flexible.
