I have a cousin who was killed by a drunk driver. The drunk skipped town when he found out there was an arrest warrant out for him. He was never caught...the police never even really looked for him. My cousin was laying down in the backseat and basically got torn in half.

Do you think the drunk should go free? Personally I think he should be in jail for manslaughter. If you get behind the wheel after drinking then you should be held liable for the damage you do.

I agree with you that drunks should go to jail, the one who killed my friend got 16 years but you know how tha system is they can get out sooner with good behavier which that is stupid.

My friend Devon Spurlock was just killed with his girlfriend and their 2 friends by a drunk woman who got her ford econoline airborne and hit his Cavalier. Erica (his girlfriend) was killed instantly along with her friends, Devon died the next morning, completely brain-dead.
