Should drunks get behind the wheel?

Do you think drunks should get behind tha wheel and why?

I say NO because somany people are killed by drunk driver and they
didn't even get to have a life. My friend got killed by one and
he wasn't even a jr in high school, no college or a family...

there is no good reason to be risking the lives of themselves, there passangers and anything/anyone else who happens to be in the way
being drunk is one of the worst and stupidest things that kills thousands of people every year
thousands of people unessessarily die either because they were idiots and they were drinking while driving
they got into the car of someone who was drinking and driving
or they were in the way of soemone who cant control themselves or there driving because there drunk
