Hi Linda
Many questions back at ya!
Did your dog tie or get 'stuck' to the male and if so how long ago?
The first sign will be her nippes get bigger and darker and this may be the only sign for several weeks. You will gradually notice her appetite increase and she will go through a moody stage 2-3 weks in. After 3 weeks, you will begin to notice a swell in the rib cage area and her vulva will be larger than before her heat and may darken. But, all of these things may also be signs of a false pregnancy which can be triggered for many reasons. So the best advice is always to consult your vet
We have a Cocker breeder here, too...mszbboops...she'll know the most about this breed, of the people here that I know.
Your dog will be PG for 63 days (give or take) from the time she was bred...when they are actually going into labor, she will be restless, quit eating, and making a nest...so it's better to have a 'nest' set up for her in a quiet part of the house, prior to her finding her own...she'll be much more comforatable in it, if it's familiar...and it will be in a place you will be able to watch her...
