What's wrong with our cocker spaniel?

tuesday night 9-18-07 our female pregnant cocker spaniel went to bed just fine and woke up wednedsay morning 9-19-07 with paralysis in her hind legs. there was no trauma to her and the vet cant find a reason. has anyone ever heard of this and what might help her.

The same thing happened to one of my dogs and she died within a day. If your vet doesn't know what's wrong with your dog, try to consult another vet.

It kind of happened to my dog and they did an Xray and found out that she had a herniated disc. I had the options of surgery or putting her in a cage so she could relax her muscles and let the disc slip back in place. We put her in a cage and after a week she started to walk again!

Take her to a vet. Good luck!
