How to get rid of double chins?

how to get rid of a double chin .. anybody know??

If it's just from fat, lose weight Unless it's still baby fat and that will go away eventually.

If it's from age, there's nothing you can do unless you want to have surgery.

There's no creams or exercises that I know of and I've been around for 54 years now.

have you recently gained weight? because if you try losing some weight that will come off too. Especially if its new weight. where you gain it first, that will be the first to come off.

chewing gum helps me to get rid of it

yes there are av few exerscises to get rid of it.
if your ovverweight, loosing weight will also help get rid of it.
chewing sugar-free gum will help,
also theres some exerscises like
holding your necks back, smile and try to get your bottom lip over the top one, you should feel a stretch there, repeat that quite a few times daily.
also theres some information on youtube to show you and google.
theres also a chin wrap you can buy that re-shapes it and helps loose it too

Oh, and sorry but chewing gum won't help you get rid of the extra chin. the only thing that will do is help extradite T.M.J.
