Can you get rid of a second chin without surgery or liposuction?

I've got this second chin that is very unflattering-especially in photos and I hate it!
I ndont want liposuction (im only 16 so I cant anyway) and I want to avoid botox. Is there some sort of exercise I can do to get rid of it or like something that...

takes it away?

yes, look all the way up. (stretching your neck) strtch your lip upwards with your jaw. (like doing a pouty lip) repeat sets of 10 about 5 times a day. you can also use skin firming cream or neck firming cream.
