If you are eating healthy foods it won't make you gain any weight really... but if you are eating a lot of salty foods you may retain water... but only drinking two glasses of water a day when you are dieting is not healthy. When you are dieting you need to be sure to drink even more water than you regularly would.

If you're dieting, I recommend you eat 8 glasses a day.

And no, it doesn't make you gain weight.

water keeps you from gaining weight if you don't drink water your body will retain water which is like a bloating affect because your body need water so if your not drinking any it will save water!
