How can i fix this depression that's ruining my life?
well basically im deppressed I've been told by the doctors!!! I am about to go onto my 4th counciller which I hate going but my dad makes me now!!! I harm a lot and cant seem to stop it helps so much when im upset, I also have a lot of suicidel...
thoughts, and ended up taking an overdose in feb this year and that wasnt the first one!!! I also hear voices and see things and it scares me now cus im alwasy looking behind me cus I hear someone or see something that scares me and I know it isnt there, cus no one else can see waht I see, so im always on edge now!! I also hate the company of others I often tend to feel all angry inside when im with people even family now!!! I dont know what to do with this I want to get over this deppression its ruining my life, any advice anyone can offer me I will be grateful for!!!
