Should I make a move on my crush?

I like this guy and I think he likes me to but im not sure. We've known eachother for a year or so. We flirt I guess you could say like all the time. We have eachothers phone numbers. I just dont know if I should make a move or follow his lead. HELP

guys will do this 4 I while I mean liek I've done it before and I've regret that I didnt do sumthin bc I either start to like sumone else or they do so while you like eachother you should try. just start by asking if he wants to hang out or go to a movie and see what his reply is and if he wants to then just start texting him and stuff. dont play hard to get cause if hes shy then he wont have the balls to make a move so you should do it soon
