Can he pull me over for this?

Hey I got pulled over last night, and the cop came and got my id and stuff, then he left, didnt give me a reason for stoping me, when I asked him why he stoped me when he came back he said, 'ummm your brake like it ous' I said wich one he then said 'err the top one' I said left or right side, he siad ' im not sure ' clearly there is only one bulb in each one my brake lights and they both work! he pulled me over for nothing but I had people in the car so I got a ticket for going against a provisional license. Is he allowed to do this?? I took a vid to prove my brakes lights worked, do you think I could fight it?

It appears to be your word against the officers word - video doesn't really prove anything (could have been a temporary malfunction) - sure you can try to fight it if you like...Take care !!

this so called cop sounds like a f*cking m*ron
just because someone is a cop in no way means that he is right
it sounds like somethings wrong with him, or it could have been some complete stranger who dressed as aone and has a cop car...or stole it...things like this do happen
if he was a real cop he certainly didnt act profesional
he should have told you why he pulled you over first, and he should definatly know what parts of a car hes talking about...id say definatly fight this,...this 'cop' was being a wanker and you need to prove that you werent doing anything wrong
