Collard greens, mustard greens

I was wondering if anyone can tell me a receipe for either or both types of greens. Or whitch greens are better any information would help. I love greens I just have no clue how to make them. Thank you. Also I would prefferably like a southern style...

theirs really no receipe you just have to wash them rrreeeaaalllyyy good put them in a big pot add some salt and let them boil and I like collard greens way better ohhh and dont 4get the hot sauce when their cooked
