Green potato eaten??!!

I just baked a baked potato. I only ate like a little bite of it becuase I noticed it was like green in some areas. I am totally afraid there is some kind of poision in it or something!!! what can I do???

The potato had solanine in it...it happens when the potato is exposed to too much light.

You're going to be just fine - solanine is only toxic in large amounts, but now that you know, next time you can cut away the green part.

Its like a potato sun bun, instead of getting red like we do, it gets green. You'll be perfectly fine.
