It depends what you want to play
Classical is good as it has nylon strings, so if you are just starting it's easier.
Acoustic has a thinner neck, so you can play chords using your thumb on the sixth string.
There are lots of differences,
If your unsure go to a music store and try both, people in the store are usually very helpful, listen to the tone of each, think about what type of music you want to play; popularized, classical, flamenco ect.
