Cant afford heat

Im broke... I need a cheap effective way to heat my house without paying to fill my propane pig

Wear extra clothing

Some people turn their ovens on and open the oven door so the heat goes into the house (sounds a bit dangerous to me).

Some people get those portable oil heaters that plug into the electric socket. You shut the doors in the room to keep the heat in, and it's pretty effective. Buy a few for different rooms.

Pile on more warm clothing and bury yourself under blankets or quilts to keep warm, and drink lots of hot tea. Best cheap option I use :/

My dad hid all the heaters one year when we go a big power bill and we had a pile of blankets at the front door and passed them to guests as they came in. We also wore warm clothes and it was fine.
