Can you legally move out at 17 in georgia?

I am a 17 year old living with my parents and I really can’t stand them, and my siblings. I have an 18 year old brother who terrorizes me and constantly puts me down. my mom doesn’t like the fact of me bringing moving out up, but I have no other choice. I have been researching the question but I get different answers every time, and I would really like to know what is true. please give me some advice that will work

Answer #1

You can only move out on your own if your married and your parents probably have to give their consent on that.

Answer #2

Sounds like the main part of this is your brother and he is an adult what is he still doing whit you guys?

Tell you perents what your adult brother id doing and that he needs to quit it because of the feelings that is putting inside you. Can you leggaly move out at 17? No. You have to be 18 years of age, an adult, to be able to move out of the house and not getting in trouble whit the law. And lets think, you sopported many years why not sopport just one more?
