What's the legal age I can move out in Texas? (continued)

Are you sure 17 is not the legal age to move out? When you’re 17?

Answer #1

I’m sure the legal age is 18 in Texas, that’s why I even gave you the website I found the information on.

According to an alternate site, they say you can move out at 17 without being arrested, but it’s not the age of majority. You will have to tell your parents where you are.

Good luck.
