Moving out of your parents house legally depends on the state I know in Texas you can!

You can get emancipated by proving that you are self-sufficent and that your parents are unfit parents or that the environment they have created isn't good for you. But no matter what reason you come up with for wanting to be emancipated you must prove that you are self-sufficent.

You have to get emmcipated, before you can move out.
