yes you can. thinking you are pregnant comes with alot of termoil. you get nauseated and may even throw up, your boobs will get tender and youll think you are gaining weight. If you really want to have a baby, make sure you are ready, then go for it. Why would you want to trick yourself anyway. Reality has its own demons.

You can get really stressed out from worrying about being pregnant and there are many signs of stress that can be confused with pregnancy symptoms.

i get what your saying and yes you can trick yourself in to thinking your pregnant i did and in it happens in nature with other animals its called false pregnancy some dogs that have mated and think there pregnant when there not will start to act like they are and gain wait an get sick the whole shebang... my dog had it happen to her and her body produced 3 muscle like clots and had to be opporated on ...it was wierd she wasnt around a male but yet theses masses looked like fetus like masses the vet said it was common for some animals to be that way...it wont happen to people any time soon but you can convince your body that your pregnant
