Do you think I'm pregnant?

I have had my period three weeks ago.. Since then I have been nauseated, back pains, minor cramps, I've spotted a couple of times, and been feeling knots below my stomach which moves around everyday since then, sore breast and sore nipples, cravings, hunger, and urinating a lot. One week after my period I took a preg test and it came out negative... I go to the doctors this week... find out am I pregnant... but do you think so?

yes I know so. you have to wait a while after conceiving to know for sure that you are pregnant, you probably took the at-home test too early. if your tests came out positive by the doctor, theres really no doubt about it, you're preggy.
