Yes, you can. This is a surprisingly common question. If you're that determined to get out of your parents' house, try to do your own research. Look harder.

I personally like to go to college and have my parents send me money every month while I party every weekend, but if you want to be that independent to spend half of your time at college working... that's nice. Good for you.

Yes, you can. The question is, should you? Can you survive? Do you have a job that will support the needs you're going to have? Do you have a place to live? Do you plan to go on to college or university? Do you have a car? What about food? What about furniture? There are many more questions you need to ask first before trying to 'escape' from home. Having been forced out by my father, I know it wasn't easy for me and was shocked by all the headaches life threw my way. Be prepared before you choose to leave. Really consider all the 'what if' questions first. Then if and when you have prepared yourself properly, then move out.

Homelife may not always be a joy but the alternative is a lot harder then people of your age realize. Be careful.
