to be to move into your other parents house by choice??? the divorce was filed in michigan, im not sure of the laws on this.

I went through the same thing and at that time the age was 13. So you should be old enough to decide what parent you want to live with. If you want to live with your dad then he has to go to the court to fill out the paper work and it will go to court and the judge would just hand you over to your dad. Of couse they might ask you why the change, and you'll have to be honest, but its not that hard cause you are at the age to where you can decide.
